In light of the impending inclement weather forecasted for Sunday afternoon, the organizers of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒗𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒔 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 regret to announce the cancellation of this year's event.

Anticipated heavy rains, high winds, and the potential for thunderstorms have led to the decision, prioritizing the safety of our participants and the public. This choice is made with careful consideration, recognizing the dedication and hard work our participants invest in creating memorable entries.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants for their unwavering support, and we understand the disappointment this news may bring. Unfortunately, due to the complex logistics involved in orchestrating the parade, it will not be rescheduled this year.

While we share in the community's disappointment, we look ahead with optimism to next year's parade. We anticipate an even more spectacular event and cannot wait to welcome you all back for a joyous celebration of the holiday season.

The 30th Masonic District Annual Christmas Parade is a time-honored tradition that has been enchanting the hearts of our community for decades. This parade is a testament to the unity and holiday spirit that defines the season. Come and witness the magic as elaborately decorated floats, festive bands, local organizations, and Santa Claus himself make their way through the historic streets of Statesville.

The proceeds from the parade go to the Masonic Home For Children at Oxford, and Whitestone, a retirement community founded by the Masonic and Eastern Star community offering continued care to seniors.
