• Statesville Christmas Parade

    Thank you for your interest in the Statesville Christmas Parade organized by the 30th Masonic District of North Carolina. The 2025 parade will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, beginning at 3:00PM.

    The line up for the parade entrants will begin at 1:30 PM. All parade participants should be at their line up location no later than 1:30 PM. You will be contacted with your line up location by Monday, December 8, 2025.

    REGISTRATION ENDS on Friday, December 5, 2025, at midnight!

    Entrant Fee:

    **Standard entry fees include 1 truck and trailer or 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are $20 each.

    School Group (Band, JROTC, Sports Teams, etc)
    Local Government (City of Statesville, Emergency Service Departments, etc)

    Vendor - $150.00

    This includes anyone selling food, toys, or other items along the parade route that doesn't have a storefront on the parade route.

    Business or Politician - $80.00

    Non-profit and Religious Groups - $20.00

    Beauty Queen - $20.00

    Individual Personal Vehicles - $20.00

    Each Additional Vehicle or Trailer - $20.00

    RULES OF PARTICIPATION: ABSOLUTELY NO throwing of candy or other objects from moving vehicle; walkers may hand out candy. NO stopping of procession to perform dance, cheer, or other routines. ALL motorcyclists and passengers MUST wear helmets (in correct position) and you may not “hot-dog”. NO live Santa Clauses are allowed in your group; Santa will appear at the end of the parade. Any animal/horse entry is responsible for having a designated person to follow animals and remove animal waste immediately. Depot Hill is reserved for large trailers and emergency vehicles only. Entrants must stage in their designated area. All participant entry fees are non-refundable. All proceeds from the parade will be donated to Masonic Charities. This is a family friendly event. No profanity or vulgarity will be tolerated. All entries must be appropriate and/or Christmas themed. Any violation of these rules may result in your entry being removed from the parade.
