RULES OF PARTICIPATION: **ABSOLUTELY NO throwing of candy or other objects from moving vehicle; walkers may hand out candy. **NO stopping of procession to perform dance, cheer, or other routines. **ALL motorcyclists and passengers MUST wear helmets (in correct position) and you may not “hot-dog”. **NO live Santa Clauses are allowed in your group; Santa will appear at the end of the parade. **Any animal/horse entry is responsible for having a designated person to follow animals and remove animal waste immediately. **Depot Hill is NOT a staging area; this area is reserved for tractor-trailers and emergency vehicles only. **All participant entry fees are a donation to charity and non-refundable. **Any violation of these rules may result in your entry being removed from the parade. **This is a family friendly event.
